About
Me
I was fortunate to find climbing when I was 13 years old. Growing up as a kid with endless supply of excitement and energy, sport had always been a way for me to focus my passion into determination. When I discovered climbing it was that and so much more. My first attraction was how ridiculously fun and challenging it was, and the next thing was that I fit in easily and everyone was so welcoming and relaxed.
I have always loved challenging myself and I began competing almost straight away at local Australian youth competitions. I came second at my first ever climbing comp and I was already hooked. A few years later I went on to compete for Australia at 3 World Youth Championships from 2010 to 2012 while completing high school and beginning uni. In 2012 I discovered my true passion for outdoor climbing in the Blue Mountains and have loved pushing my limits on real rock ever since. In 2012 I met my partner Alex Turnbull and we travelled to China to spend 2 months living and breathing everything climbing. Here I sent my first ever 8a+ in the great arch at Moon Hill in Yangshuo.
Since then, and over the past 10 years I have focused on bettering myself as an athlete and improving my competition performance while still pursuing my passion for the outdoors. So far I have competed in over 24 IFSC Open World Cups, 3 Open World Championships and the 2017 World Games in Poland. I won my first Open Lead Oceanic Championships in 2013 and have held this title for 7 years while also winning multiple Australian National Championship events.

I climb because I love it, it takes me to incredible places all around the world and introduces me to the most wonderful people. Climbing is my way of challenging my mind and body, having fun and enjoying life for everything that it is.
